Holding a licence from RAKEZ does not mean that RAKEZ or any other authority endorses, approves or guarantees our services. Skybiz provides its services within the scope of its licensed activities and the permissions that apply to it. We do not suggest that every service or activity described on the Website is a separately licensed activity; where a matter requires a licence, registration or approval that we do not hold, we will tell you.
03Acceptance of Website Terms
By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Using our services is subject to the separate quotation or agreement described below.

Skybiz provides assistance and consultancy to businesses in the UAE, subject to applicable permissions and the scope agreed with you. Our work typically involves advising, preparing documents, coordinating with the relevant parties and following up on your behalf where agreed. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not act as a government body, a bank, a law firm, an auditor or a tax adviser, and our information is general in nature and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Consultation or an enquiry does not by itself guarantee a licence, visa, approval, tax outcome or bank account. The sections below describe the main areas of assistance.
06Business Setup Assistance
We can help you understand and compare mainland, free zone and offshore structures, prepare documents and coordinate applications for company formation. Licences, registrations and approvals are issued solely by the relevant licensing and government authorities, whose requirements, fees and processing times can change. Ownership options, permitted activities and tax treatment depend on your circumstances and the rules that apply at the time.
07Corporate Bank Account Assistance
We can help you understand what banks commonly ask for, prepare your documents and coordinate your application. The opening of an account is entirely subject to the bank’s own eligibility and compliance checks, policies and approval. We do not guarantee that any bank will accept an application, open an account or do so within a particular time, and we are not an agent of any bank.
08Accounting and Bookkeeping
Accounting and bookkeeping assistance covers the tasks agreed in your quotation or service agreement, such as recording transactions and preparing reports. The quality and timeliness of the output depends on receiving complete and accurate records from you. Unless we agree it in writing, our bookkeeping services are not an audit, review or assurance engagement.
09Corporate Tax and VAT Assistance
We can provide practical support with corporate tax and VAT matters, such as registration guidance, record organisation and return preparation, as agreed. Tax law and the requirements of the Federal Tax Authority change from time to time, and your obligations depend on your particular facts. Our assistance does not guarantee any tax outcome, exemption, relief or the acceptance of any filing by the authority. Where a matter needs specialist or regulated advice, we may recommend that you consult a suitably qualified adviser.
10Document Clearing Services
We can help you prepare, organise, submit and follow up on business documents and applications with the relevant authorities. Skybiz is a private company and is not a government body or affiliated with any authority unless stated in writing. Decisions on applications, and the time they take, rest with the authorities concerned.
11Client Responsibilities
To help us provide the services, you agree to:
- give us complete, accurate and up-to-date information and documents, and tell us promptly of any change;
- respond to our requests in good time;
- make sure you are entitled to give us any document or personal information you provide;
- pay the agreed fees and any government, bank or third-party charges; and
- comply with the laws and authority requirements that apply to your business.
We may ask for identification and due-diligence information, and we may decline or suspend a service where required by law, where information is incomplete, or where we reasonably believe a request is unlawful or improper.
12Accuracy of Information and Documents
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents you give us or ask us to submit on your behalf. We rely on them in good faith and are not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties or other consequences that result from information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or not genuine.
13Quotations and Service Agreements
The Website gives general information only. The scope, deliverables, fees and timing of any service are confirmed in an individual written quotation or agreement. A service begins only when the quotation or agreement has been accepted, and any extra work outside that scope will be agreed with you separately. Any estimate that is not in a written quotation is indicative only.
14Fees and Payment Terms
Our fees, the currency, the payment schedule and any taxes (including VAT, where applicable) are set out in your quotation or service agreement. Where no other arrangement is stated in writing, fees are payable as set out in the quotation, and we may pause work while an amount due remains unpaid.
15Government Charges and Third-Party Fees
Unless your quotation states otherwise, our fees do not include government fees, licensing and registration charges, bank charges, translation or attestation costs, courier costs or other third-party fees. These are set by the relevant parties, can change without notice, and are payable by you in addition to our fees.
16Processing Timelines
Any timeframe we mention is an estimate. Actual timelines depend on factors including the completeness of your documents, the requirements and workload of authorities and banks, public holidays and the actions of other third parties. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
17Government and Bank Decisions
Approvals, licences, registrations, visas and account openings are decided by the relevant government authority or bank, in line with their own rules and discretion. We do not control these decisions and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Our fees are for our services, not for a particular result, unless your written agreement clearly says otherwise.
18Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your quotation or service agreement. If you wish to cancel a service, please tell us in writing as soon as possible. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees for work already carried out, and government, bank or other third-party costs already incurred or committed, may not be refundable.
19Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you give us for a service as confidential and use it only to provide that service, except where we need to disclose it to authorities, banks or other parties as part of the service, where you have asked us to, or where we are required to by law. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
20Intellectual Property
The Website and its text, design, logo, graphics and other content belong to Skybiz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use its content commercially without our written permission. Some images on the Website are used under open licences and are credited in the Website footer.
21Website Content and Accuracy
We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but laws, fees and procedures change and the content is provided for general information only. The liability for any specific service may be addressed in the quotation or service agreement.
24Service Availability
We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, change or withdraw all or part of the Website or our services, for example for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for any resulting unavailability.
25Compliance with Applicable Laws
Both you and Skybiz must comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and of the relevant emirate or free zone that apply to the services, including those on anti-money laundering, sanctions and anti-bribery. We may refuse or stop work that would, in our reasonable view, breach the law or the requirements of an authority or bank.
26Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply there. If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the competent courts or tribunals determined under applicable law, unless a service agreement between us states otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. By continuing to use the Website after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms. Services already agreed in writing remain governed by the quotation or agreement that applies to them.
